RENTAL CONDITIONS

Minimum age 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
Only the designated Person(s) on the contract can drive the vehicle.

Payment is must be made at the time of taking over the vehicle.
A valid credit card imprint of one of the tenants is mandatory and must be on hold in our Possession until the return of the vehicle.

The tenant must return the vehicle in the same conditions as the first day of Delivery. The tenant must respect the time and date of return of the vehicle. Each additional hour will be charged against the tenant if he or she does not notify Car Rental Ltd management’s office. If the tenant wishes to extend the lease he or she must Call to get permission from the Office within 48 hours in advance, otherwise he or she will be reported to the Moroccan authorities, will be subject to our regulations and ending up paying a fine of up to 3 times the amount of rent per day for each additional day. If the tenant returns the vehicle before the expiration date of the lease, it will be no way to be reimbursed or to be issued a refund of sums left (remaining days of rent). It is prohibited to drive off the road of any vehicle rented except a four wheel drive (4x4).

The vehicles are insured all risks. However, for any damage, theft, fire, glass breakage, liability and people transported on vehicle, a non-callable capped franchise of 10% remains the responsibility of the driver for a partial or full responsibility would be engaged. The damage of the vehicle is covered only on production of a Police report within 24 hours. If you are not responsible for the accident and the police report indicates that, then you will be free of any extra charges. If you are responsible for the accident only caused damage to our vehicle will be your responsibility.
