Our Rental Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Driver Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

The minimum age for drivers is 23 years, and the maximum age is 75 years. When signing the rental agreement, the driver must present a valid passport or national ID card along with a driving licence that has been held for at least one year. Only original documents will be accepted.<\/p>

Only the renter(s) named on the rental agreement and any additional drivers authorized in writing by Car Rental Ltd are permitted to drive the rental vehicle.<\/p>

An additional charge of \u20ac10 per day applies to drivers under the age of 21. To rent a 9-seater minibus or a 7-seater SUV (4×4), drivers must be at least 25 years old.<\/p>

Payment:<\/strong><\/p>

Payment is due when the driver takes possession of the rental vehicle. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit\/debit card. A 5% processing fee applies to all bank card transactions.<\/p>

Car Rental Ltd accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and American Express. Customers must present the same credit or debit card used for payment when collecting the vehicle. Prepaid cards are not accepted.<\/p>

Rental rates are based on 24-hour periods, starting from the vehicle pickup time specified in the rental agreement. Any delay beyond the agreed return time may result in an additional day’s rental charge.<\/p>

If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, Car Rental Ltd must be notified as soon as possible, and the extension must be approved by the rental office. The maximum rental extension is 30 days. Additional charges may apply beyond this period.<\/p>

Traffic Violations & Fines:<\/strong><\/p>

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, road tolls, congestion charges, parking tickets, and any penalties resulting from violations of traffic laws during the rental period.<\/p>

Coverage:<\/strong><\/p>

Our rental rates include:<\/p>

Unlimited mileage
Comprehensive vehicle insurance
24\/7 roadside assistance
Regular vehicle maintenance<\/p>

The renter agrees to return the vehicle on the date specified in the rental agreement.<\/p>

Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and approved by Car Rental Ltd.<\/p>

Vehicles may not be:<\/p>

Rented or loaned to another person.
Used for illegal activities.
Used to tow another vehicle or trailer without written authorization.
Used for racing or speed testing.
Driven off-road (except authorized 4×4 vehicles).
Driven while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Used to transport unsecured goods.
Used to carry more passengers than legally permitted.
Reservations:<\/strong><\/p>

Reservations are confirmed once your booking request has been processed and the requested vehicle is available.<\/p>

For online bookings, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.<\/p>

When signing the rental agreement, a security deposit will be required depending on the insurance excess option selected.<\/p>

The deposit is secured using an internationally accepted credit or debit card through a pre-authorization. The authorization is automatically released after the vehicle has been inspected and returned in satisfactory condition.<\/p>

Confirmed Online Reservations \u2013 Pay on Arrival:<\/strong><\/p>

Reservations confirmed online by email or phone can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.<\/p>

Cancellations must be made directly with our customer service team by telephone or email.<\/p>

Insurance:<\/strong><\/p>

All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance with a deductible (excess). The deductible amount depends on the vehicle category.<\/p>

Insurance covers:<\/p>

Third-party liability
Passenger liability
Fire damage
Vehicle theft<\/p>

Any damage or incident not covered by the insurance remains the customer’s responsibility and must be settled before departure or charged to the customer’s credit card.<\/p>

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition in which they were collected.<\/p>

Damage is covered by insurance only if an official accident report is submitted within 24 hours of the incident.<\/p>

Please Note:<\/strong><\/p>

– Our insurance does not cover: \u2022 Tire damage (\u20ac100 security deposit) \u2022 Theft of personal items left inside the vehicle. Otherwise, the cost of any damage for which the client is liable will be charged to them and must be paid upon the vehicle’s return.<\/p>

Optional Extras:<\/strong><\/p>

The following accessories are available upon request by email or phone:<\/p>

Child seats
Baby seats
Roof racks
GPS navigation systems
Fuel Policy:<\/strong><\/p>

You may purchase a full tank of fuel from Car Rental Ltd at the start of your rental and return the vehicle with any remaining fuel level.<\/p>

Please note that unused fuel is non-refundable. This option allows you to avoid refuelling the vehicle before returning it.<\/p>

Flight Information:<\/strong><\/p>

If you are collecting your rental vehicle at Marrakech Menara Airport, please provide your flight number and arrival time when confirming your reservation by phone or email. This allows our representative to meet you promptly upon arrival.<\/p>

Important Notice:<\/strong><\/p>

The driver remains fully responsible for the vehicle both on and off public roads, including while parked.<\/p>

The renter must never leave the vehicle unlocked or leave the keys and vehicle documents inside. Theft resulting from negligence is not covered by the comprehensive insurance.<\/p>

In such cases, the renter will be financially responsible for 10% of the value of the stolen vehicle, corresponding to the insurance deductible.<\/p>

Driving off-road is strictly prohibited for all vehicles except authorized 4×4 models. Any damage resulting from off-road use remains entirely the responsibility of the driver.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
